Gift Registry Terms of Service

1.Online lists' items are not reserved unless you confirm with the call center and even if some items are out of stock we can easily reorder them or find alternatives.

2. If you need to reserve the items kindly visit Hedeya nearest store and do your list in store and it will be collected and displayed for 15 days from your due date.

3. You'll receive an email regarding your list in order to check the items availability and if we find that any of them isn't available we'll attach the alternatives.

4. The order can be made through the following channels:

      • Online 
      • By calling 19818 
      • Any of Hedeya Branches (we can't guarantee that all items will be available in all branches. In case it is not available on shelf we can home deliver it to the client or to the list's owner directly).

5. We have gift vouchers so you can add it to your list in case the buyer didn't find an item in his/her budget they can get the voucher instead and you can redeem it anytime with the items you need.

6. In some cases duplication of gifts may occur due to purchasing from different venues; as a result, we guarantee to exchange all items immediately or you can exchange them with credit account that does not have any expiry date.

7. Kindly if you have any problem with the online/store list don't hesitate to contact us on 19818 and ask for the agent who's in charge of fixing the lists.

8. Some Items may appear in stock on the website but they can not be purchased since they are reserved in other lists made in one of Hedeya stores.

9. No refund is done without the sales receipt.


10. Note: you can exchange any item any time so do not panic in case you do not find all what you need on the spot.
